Mneva Terms of Service
Welcome to Mneva AI, operated by Swostitech Solutions. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Use of service
Mneva AI is a personal AI assistant platform. You must be 18 or older to use this service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. AI actions and trust levels
Mneva operates at trust levels L1–L4 in each area (Finance, Communication, Health and Family). At L1–L3, Mneva only observes, suggests or prepares actions for you to approve. L4 ("Inner Circle") lets Mneva act without asking in that area. It is only switched on after you allow it, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings → Trust. You can review every action Mneva takes in the Twin Diary.
3. Payments and financial actions
All payment actions of ₹1,000 or more require your explicit confirmation, whatever the trust level. Mneva is not a licensed financial advisor, and nothing in the app is financial, medical or legal advice.
4. Data and privacy
How we collect, use and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, or by emailing us. All data will be permanently erased within 30 days, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
